Presentation Guideline
Keynote Presentation
Keynote speakers are allocated 25 minutes.
- Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) is the required file format. All presentation files must be uploaded at least 15 minutes before the first speaker begins the session. Please bring a backup copy (on a USB or sent to your email).
- Invited speaker presentations must not exceed 25 minutes. Session chairs will provide a notification when 5 minutes remain, allowing speakers to bring their presentations to a close.
- Please arrive in your session room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled presentation.
Invited Speaker Presentation
Invited speakers are allocated 20 minutes.
- Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) is the required file format. All presentation files must be uploaded at least 15 minutes before the first speaker begins the session. Please bring a backup copy (on a USB or sent to your email).

Oral Presentation
Oral Presenters are allocated 15 minutes.
- Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) is the required file format. All presentation files must be uploaded at least 15 minutes before the first speaker begins the session. Please bring an extra copy of your presentation (on a USB or by sent to your email).
- 2. Invited speaker presentations must not exceed 15 minutes. Session chairs will provide a notification when 5 minutes remain, allowing speakers to bring their presentations to a close.
- Please arrive in your session room at least 15 minutes before your scheduled presentation.
Poster Presentation
Poster presenters should give a maximum 3-minute summary of their work, followed by a Q&A session.
- A0-sized posters must be set up on mounting boards before the poster session and removed immediately after the session.
- Please bring your own mounting materials to hang your poster. Only non-damaging mounting materials are allowed (materials that leave marks or holes on the boards are strictly prohibited.)
- Poster presenters must stand by their posters during the poster session to answer questions from the committee and attendees.
Awards
The best poster and oral presentations will be recognized by the APAC Green & Sustain 2025 committee during the conference’s closing ceremony on November 11, 2025.
