Registration
Registration for APAC Green & Sustain 2025 is open from April 7 to August 28, 2025 (Early Bird) and August 29 to October 10, 2025 (Standard), with fees listed below. Students and postdoctoral researchers must submit a verification document to confirm their status. Registered attendees will have access to all conference sessions, a welcome reception (cocktail), four coffee breaks, two lunches, and two dinners.

Paper Submission
Presenters (excluding general attendees) are required to submit a summary of their research or work. You may choose to submit either an abstract or a proceeding using the Microsoft Word templates provided on the Download page. Accepted submissions will be published electronically in the APAC Green & Sustain 2025 Book of Abstracts and Proceedings.
Authors may indicate their preferred presentation type—oral or poster—in their submission. However, the final decision on acceptance and presentation format will be determined by the scientific committee upon abstract/proceeding review.
